Where AI beats plain automation, and where it does not
If the rules are clear and fixed, you do not need a model — you need automation, and it will be cheaper, faster and more predictable. We will say so.
AI earns its place where the input is messy and unstructured: free-text enquiries, scanned documents, inconsistent supplier invoices, long email threads that need summarising. That is the line we work to.

Is custom AI worth it for a small business?
Only if it is pointed at a real, repetitive task. Scoped narrowly — enquiry answering, document extraction, drafting replies — it pays back quickly. Bought as a general capability with no defined job, it does not.
Will the AI make things up?
We build retrieval-grounded systems that answer from your own content and are designed to say they do not know rather than invent. Where accuracy is critical, a human approves before anything reaches a customer.
What is the difference between automation and AI?
Automation follows rules you define; AI handles messy, unstructured input where the rules cannot be written down. Most good solutions use both — and if rules alone will do the job, we will recommend that instead because it is cheaper and more predictable.
What does it cost to run?
