The first conversation is not about software. It is a walk through a normal week: what you touch, how often, how long it takes and what happens when it goes wrong. That is where the real savings hide — usually in something nobody thought of as a process.
Then we pick the smallest thing with the biggest payback and build that first, so you see a result in weeks rather than after a six-month programme.

The dangerous automation is the one that silently stops working and nobody notices for a month. Everything we build is designed to fail visibly: if an invoice run cannot complete, you get told, with the reason.
We would rather you get one alert than discover a gap in your billing at year end.

What can actually be automated in a small business?
Anything repetitive with clear rules: invoicing and quoting, booking confirmations and reminders, data moving between systems, monthly reporting, review requests, onboarding sequences, document generation. If you can write down the steps, it can usually be built.
How much time does automation really save?
It varies, but the honest answer is that the wins are usually concentrated in one or two processes rather than spread thinly. One client's invoicing alone was over forty hours a year. We estimate the saving during the audit before you commit to anything.
Do we have to change the tools we use?
Usually not. Our default is to connect what you already have. We will only recommend replacing a tool if it genuinely cannot do the job, and we will tell you the cost of switching honestly.
What happens if the automation breaks?
You get alerted with the reason, rather than finding out weeks later. We also document how each workflow runs, and we offer ongoing support if you would rather not own that yourself.
